- No matter if it’s a new development, an adaptation of large-series products, or a build-to-print project, we offer customized, generic and flexible manufacturing and assembly concepts for small series production.
- We coordinate the necessary equipment for production, focused on either manual, partly automated, or even fully automated assembly.
- Generic work stations are made from stock and new components in our fully equipped prototype shop.
We are flexible to work on new concepts, for particular project phases: Series ramp-up, series production for low and mid volumes, or discontinuation of your series (end of life production).
If you are considering the transfer of machinery or complete production equipment, we will create optimized production plans for the small series in which the existing machines and systems are optimally integrated. This ensures a long-term economical supply of the required products.
A repair solution or a replacement cycle is also a possible variant within the framework of our small-series manufacturing facility.
