In this position you are responsible for the holistic management and realization of development projects. Your specific tasks are:

• Technical project management for DCDC application software or battery management systems in demanding projects from prototypes to series
• Technical leadership and coordination of a small project software team
• Cross-disciplinary coordination with basic software, electrics, systems, manufacturing and the customer
• Working in an international customer and colleague environment
• Planning of software topics relating to customer requirements, resources, time and quality requirements
• Support the project team in all stages of development according to the V-Model (requirements engineering, architecture, design, implementation, test)

Ideally, you have the following experience and skills:

• Graduated studies in electrical engineering, computer science or similar disciplines
• Many years professional experience in the automotive software environment
• Profound programming knowledge in C and/or Matlab-Simulink/Targetlink
• Continuous knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Ability for fast understanding and solving problems
• Structured, autonomous and goal-oriented working methods
• Strength of communication with customer orientation and team spirit
• Joy the management and knowledge transfer of a project team
