To strengthen our ADAS basic software team, we are looking for a software project leader or committed software developer (m/f/diverse) who would like to take the next step towards functional team leadership within the scope of development projects.
Your Tasks
- Managing software projects and feasibility studies with responsibility for planned features, timing, and quality
- Coordination of the Middleware development and Integration testing tasks within an international team
- Leading the customer and third-party communication for requirement elicitation and problem resolution
- Milestone and feature planning
- Release preparation and release execution
- Configuration and change management
- Status-reporting and contribution to new project acquisitions

Your Qualification
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable field of study (software emphasis)
- Many years of professional experience in software development is mandatory
- First experience in project management, or technical leadership is beneficial
- Good knowledge of service based architectures SOA, and micro services
- Knowledge of software development processes (V-Model, Agile/SCRUM, ASPICE) and requirement management
- Knowledge of functional safety (ISO26262) and cyber security
- Fluent german and english language skills in written and spoken
- Team player with intercultural social skills
- Passion for software and personal commitment
