In the Continental Engineering Services area we are looking for a project manager (m/f/diverse) at Ingolstadt.
You are responsible for the acquisition, planning and management of projects focusing on embedded systems.
Your Tasks
- Resource planning and monitoring and responsibility for the project budget (budget controlling)
- Definition of objectives, timetables and milestones, and follow-up and ensure compliance
- Control of project topics and/or topic leaders (software, hardware, mechanics, assembly & quality), taking into account development standards in the automotive sector
- Risk evaluation and change management (analysis, estimation and quoting of new internal and external requirements)
- Stakeholder Communication and Customer Relationship Management as well as Presentation of Products and New Developments for Existing and Potential Customers
Your Qualifications
- Graduated in electronics, mechanical engineering, computer science or comparable qualification
- Experience in project management (accompanying at least one automotive product development cycle from start to finish)
- Management experience (disciplinary or technical)
- Familiarity with Automotive Electronics and good industry knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs, MS Project and SAP
- Good knowledge of German and English spoken and written
- Willingness to travel
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, strong customer focus and the ability to motivate employees
- Self-initiative, analytical skills and willingness to learn
