Your Tasks

Responsibility for multi projects management (including resource planning, staffing and reporting) under the aspects of commercial and technical success
Coordination and processing of work packages in the context of an international project team at worldwide locations
Responsibility for analyzing customer requirements and preparation of technical offers
State of the art development under the aspects of international automotive processes
Business Development with focus on engineering services and low volume components
Acquisition support in cooperation with sales department including direct customer contacts
Build up an expert team for software and electronics development in the area of Interior (potential)
Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team (potential)
Cost center responsibility, evaluation of development costs and monitoring budgets (potential)

Master/Bachelor in E/E or Automotive Engineering
Several years of professional experience in one of the following areas: Software development, electronics development (preferably in the field of interior electronics applications)
High quality and customer orientation
Automotive project management experience
Disciplinary and / or functional leadership experience desirable
Excellent communication and team leading skills
Analytical skills and structured approach
Very good English proficiency
