Uwe Muehlberger and Stefan Strauss visit Guadalajara, Mexico & Auburn Hills, Michigan!
Director of Interior Engineering, Uwe Muehlberger, and Head of Project Management & Global Strategy, Stefan Strauss, visited our two CES North America locations the week of May 9th. Mario Guardado, Head of interior for Guadalajara, and Rachael Lewis, Head of Interior for North America, welcomed Uwe & Stefan to the Guadalajara, Mexico facility to kick-off the week.
During their visit in Guadalajara, the CES team met to share ideas to align our global strategy. This international collaboration served to deep dive what has led to our successes, as well as define improvement opportunities which will help us to achieve our long term growth goals.

Each team had the opportunity to share their background, experiences and projects they are currently working on.  Â

Uwe and Stefan then traveled to the CES office in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Their visit started with meeting the Controlling team, Project Managers, Sales, Marketing and Business Development;  where there was open discussions regarding each team’s vision for the future and how we will get there together. Â

Uwe and Stefan then ended a great week by joining the CES team in Auburn Hills for some team bonding at the HUB Stadium which is known for their axe throwing and football bowling. The CES team was able to connect in a different setting and get to know one another outside of the office. The team enjoyed a delicious dinner and some competitive fun! Â
