CES Making A Difference In Our Local Communities

As 2022 comes to an end, our CES Team in Auburn Hills, Michigan reflected on the impact we had as a team with all of our volunteering efforts in our local communities and organizations.

Independence Oaks County Park: Over 46 CES employees volunteered their time to help improve the park by landscaping, trail clearing, laying wood chips, painting buildings and benches, power washing, clearing out building and repurposing items for other projects. Our team volunteered a total of 322 hours.

Ronald McDonald House: Over 20 CES employees volunteered their time to help prepare and package meals for families. Our team volunteered a total of 80 hours.

STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Event: Over 15 CES employees volunteered their time to educate students from DAPCEP & Wayne State University EPEA Academic Programs pursing degrees and/or careers in STEM fields on cutting edge technology. CES showcased projects from our Driveline & Electrification, Chassis and DAAD segments.

Helping the Underprivileged: Many CES employees volunteered and donated time at local food banks and churches by donating food and clothing, filling backpacks, and serving food.

In total, our team volunteered over 425 hours this year alone. Our team continues to strive to give back to our communities and organizations one step at a time. We are looking forward to our upcoming volunteer efforts in 2023.
